The Kanumbra Apartments

Lived in one of the ground level apartments. Unfortunately not the best experience.Doors and windows lacked proper seals, zero Insulation, prominent drafts, poor bathroom ventilation, no shower door, paper thin bedroom blinds, black mould and as a bonus, noisy garbage trucks outside the unit, from as early as 5.00am, daily.Mould growth was very noticeable, which not only contributed to health issues but also ruined many belongings.You could even smell it from neighbouring apartments when they opened their front door, so it’s clearly a problem in the general building.It genuinely felt like living in a cold, damp carpark throughout most of the tenancy and couldn’t wait to vacate.To any new tenants, I hope you can make it through the winter period. It will be tough.
