Worst customer service to order a bracelet then after having it for 2 weeks to find out it's faulty (lost a crystal after one use) and has to be sent off for a couple of weeks to be assessed if it's your fault or a manufacturer's issue". Not worth your time or energy-might as well purchase from an actual designer store!"

I came in on Monday 7th wanting to get the new Marvel x Pandora ring which is sold out everywhere right now. A lovely lady went above and beyond to get my size delivered to store from their Richmond store as they didn’t have my size. I was able to pick it up the next day with no hassles and I am so happy with my ring! Excellent customer service!

I would like to personally thank Sahar for her outstanding customer service. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted with a friendly smile and hello. A few minutes went by and she approached me to see if there was anything I wanted to take a closer look at it. I absolutely loved her approach in building rapport with customers and making the transaction about building loyalty rather than a sales tactic. Of course, I am very happy with my new purchase! ❤️

I was just served by the lovely Saha, she was so helpful. Had all the time in the world for us and showed us lots of different options. We were shopping for a Pandora necklace with charms, Carati Jewellers in rouse hill was much nicer than Pandora Rouse Hill. I always love shopping in Carati rouse hill but Saha had the best customer service I have experienced in a long time! Thank you!

Dodgy - I left a whole chain of 18k gold to be used in repairing a broken earring post. The old seller claimed that he melted all the gold and tried to keep the rest of it. I asked for it to be returned to me so I can use it in case I needed something repaired again but he said he can buy it from me for $30. When I refused, he came back with a short piece of bronze-coloured coil and claimed it was what was left of everything. I pointed out the huge colour difference and he said it will have the same colour once polished. I told him to have it polished then. He went inside the repair station and came back with a different piece of metal, shorter than the first one but much closer to the colour of my chain. I already felt very uncomfortable, distrustful and disappointed with him and insisted that it’s definitely not what was supposed to be left from my old chain. He said I should have told him at the onset that the whole chain shouldn’t have been melted. To be honest, I just can’t believe that he would go to that level of deceit over a piece of metal. I did not argue further since I felt I should have been more careful since the beginning but at the same time I was banking on people’s honesty and integrity to start with. I will never do business with them again and for those who will, make sure you’re careful when dealing with them.

Buyer beware. We spent thousands of dollars on diamond rings, on the promise and assurance (a number of times) by the store manager they would not only clean the jewellery for free, but also Rhodium plate for free. They have now gone back on their word, and want to charge us for Rhodium plating. Atrocious customer service. Highly disappointed.

My engagement and wedding ring were stolen a few years ago, so my husband purchased a new one from here. It wasn’t what I was after so we had it remodelled. $10k and 10 months later, it was not what I asked for. This was a few years ago, I refrained from the poor review because I just wanted the whole experience to be over. Recently I went in to have the rings re-dipped. We were told on purchase they would be re-dipped free of charge, once a year. When I went in I was told this service was no longer offered as a free service, I would have to pay for it. Our family have spent over $20k in this store but will not spend a cent more. Save yourself the drama!

Tbh idk much about ring re-sizing or how long it's meant to take and all that but I came in to resize my ring on 1 Feb. It was a sterling silver ring with an onyx gem in it. Paid $50 to resize it down 1 size.The ETA for it was meant to be 15 Feb. I thought that was kinda like but I didn't mind so I paid for it up front and let it be.The 15th rolls around and I haven't received a notification or anything. So I call up a few days later to see where it's at and they say they should receive it on Thursday.Thursday comes and no update. I call again. They say it's gonna come in Next Thursday.I call again the Thursday after and still no update. I call again.By this point it's been 2 weeks past the original ETA and I've had to call up 3-4 times. I end up just saying just call me when it's ready.They eventually call back on 4 March to say it's ready.My biggest issue with this, is the fact that they didn't communicate or update me on where my ring was at. I had to call up multiple times and was consistently given the wrong expectations on when my ring will be finished.
