We had a malware virus/extortion scam lock up our computer recently and we took our computer off to the boys at pro computers. We've been there several times over past 14 years. They did a full service got rid of all unnecessary programs etc. Cleaned it all up loaded the latest version of the Microsoft suite and got rid of all other secunity software and now we have a fully functional computer again. We also took advantage of the monthly security service the boys offer which i am very happy about. This means if we have any issues at least I can call them talk to a local technician and I can physically go in and see them! I am so over the overseas companies that only operate by an online chat or email and it takes forever to find a bloody number to call then! Thanks Isaac Caleb and the tech's at pro computers. Glad they know what they are doing!

The boys at Pro Computers are wonderful, we purchased our latest computer from them last year and took on their anti virus package. When they had their special service deal I knew that they would be able to make sure ours was working great and get rid of an annoying pop up that was causing us problems. Which they did. Was very happy Mauricio could recommend a laptop to suit our needs and budget and could successfully transfer our photos and files over. Great service at this shop. If needing a new computer or work done on existing computer/laptop highly recommend Pro Computers. Explained what I needed to replace my 12 year old laptop. A far better outcome than going to the electrical retailers that sell computers where you often get home with something that ends up not really meeting your requirements.

He was able to log in remotely (with my permission) and fix most of the problems. For the more complex issue all it took was a quick visit.
