I had Tram doing my nails she was amazing, I love the shape!We were going to do nail art but I had to leave early and she was super adaptable and I still left incredibly satisfied.

solid 10/10. got nails done by Tram and it is the best set i’ve ever gotten done. She took her time and really cared, spending 2 hours to make sure everything was perfect. Great with conversation, her and her daughter were both wonderfully lovely peoplei got a terrible acrylic service in melbourne that kept popping off, and Tram gave me new ones with the most gorgeous nail art. Not sure how to add photo but they were blue and 1 with a gorgeous flower

I came in to get some special nails for my birthday, the lady who did my nails was Tram and she was amazing! I chose a complicated design and she was transparent about what she could do but I think she could give her self more credit because what I got was exactly like the photo! After every step she asked me if I liked it or wanted to change anything and the end result was beautiful. This set is the prettiest I’ve ever had and I’ll definitely be coming back to this salon :)

this place is absolutely amazing. i got the most beautiful set of acrylics today by Tram and she is an absolute treasure. the bet set i’ve ever gotten. plus all the staff are extremely nice. would highly recommend!

If I could give no stars I would. This was the most unprofessional and awful experience I have had at a nail salon. Paid for a full set and for my daughter to have a polish and nail art. $45 later for non shellac polish for my daughter a and dot of glitter on a few nails plus $70 for my full set we were told if we pay cash we would get $10 off which brought it to the original price being charged at other salons! Do not recommend,!! I feel scammed.Response:Firstly you charged $45 for my daighter and $70 for me. Then I was told to pay cash and get $10 off. There was no nail art, just a dot of glitter on each nail. I was told that it wasn't possible to do nail art because she didn't do shellac. No manicure was provided. No undercoat or top coat, one layer of polish and a blob of glitter.You should be ashamed of yourselves, I feel robbed.

The service I had itself (shellac toenails) was pretty good. What I didn’t like was that the price list stating the service was $30, but I was charged $35 because the staff said it was more for toenails as opposed to fingernails… if that’s the case they need to stipulate that in the price list and not just make up prices as they go. I won’t be going back.

Kelly was lovely, strongly ensured that my partner and I were comfortable and satisfied. Very easy to talk to & 100% knows what she’s doing. First time my partner got his toes cleaned & he loved the experience. Staff was very accomodating & the place was very clean and hygienic. Highly recommend Kelly!!
