Great service and good value. Job was very well done. They warned me of the long waiting time which is apparent when you enter the store and see the number of orders they have. All in all highly recommended.

Bloody awesome people to deal with. Nothing is an issue, no framing to big or to small.Our memoribillia has been framed the way we wanted to the highest standard we could have hoped for.

Recently I went to use this store for a second time for a piece of basic framing to be completed. I was asked for an immediate payment of $85 and was told I’d be contacted soon when my piece of work was ready to be collected. After waiting 2 weeks and 5 days without a single piece of communication, I happened to be driving past when I thought I’d pop in to see how the piece was coming along...I was stunned and taken back by the rudeness of the man whom served me after I made a simple enquiry as to how long they projected it would take to complete the work...I was hastily snapped up, chewed and spat out when he angrily replied “Everything is made by hand around here you know”...I was really disillusioned with such poor service especially after paying the $85 up front without question for a very simple piece of work which I didnt think would take so long considering also that there wasn’t people knocking to place down to get into it to have work done...I’ll never be back nor would I recommend this place as I’ve had far superior work done much more promptly at my official QUT and UQ framer whom is in Alderley

Amazing service! So well priced, have had multiple items framed here and am always amazed with the result. Arlina always takes the time to help with designs and help and suggest to get the best looking final product!

Owners go extra mile to help you out. Arlina did a fantastic job and though she had other prior commitments for Mother’s Day delivery, she did an excellent job in completing beautiful frame for my little daughter’s birthday party. Price’s are very reasonable and they will do quality work. Highly recommended!!
