Charged over $400 to connect a downpipe to an existing water tank and fit a tap. Then took them over a month to invoice me. A rip off.

2 bathrooms in dire need of renovation.We had 2 inspections by the builder & tiler then after countless phone calls over 2 months trying to get our quote & lock in a start date we were referred, via text message, a different builder for the job because they were too busy.Hopeless communication & a complete waste of time.

my heater is not fixed - but i was still charged $100+ ! not a happy customerIn response, the fault code was there; I even messaged the technician a video of the fault code flashing the same evening after he left. And I tried to explain what the issue was i.e. the heater reaches a certain temperature then cuts off. I felt like the guy thought I was making it up! Zero trust to engage Laser Plumbing again for that heater or anything else.Long story short, I paid that bill - I still have to find someone who actually knows what that fault code means, and will actually fix the gas heater - and I will again have to pay for it.
