Andersens Browns Plains was fantastic. Bailey's customer service was first class. She gave the time and understanding in the shop then spent the time in the home consultation. My install was able to be timed during a kitchen renovation so everything ran on schedule. The hybrid timber flooring has transformed the house.Highly recommended Bailey's and the team.

From the moment we stepped into store, the location visit for measure and samples, to tradesman who were experienced and on-time; we took nearly 1year of re-covering our entire house with hybrid flooring and quality carpet. We recently had 4 bedrooms and a WIR installed with a beautiful NZ wool carpet. From the initial consultation with Russel through to selection and installation we were thrilled with the service and quality of the product. The carpet layer was professional and did a very neat job, I can’t speak highly enough of our experience. Thanks team!

She helped give me a greater understanding of the products and the options to suit me. I felt very secure in her knowledge and she was so great at explaining everything!! Highly recommend Andersen's Browns Plains, found the staff to be very friendly & helpful. The carpet installer did an excellent job. Very happy with my new carpet, looks great! Will definitely use them to do our other rooms in the future.
