Natalie has treated myself as well as my family for several years. Her techniques are gentle, yet powerful and her expertise and knowledge are second to none. I cannot recommend Natalie high enough and am forever grateful for all that she has done for myself and my family.

After having lots of tests and invasive procedures with no conclusive results I phoned Natalie. I was relieved when she said she'd book me in to 3 sessions and if I couldn't see a noticeable difference to my pain levels in this time then I should stop coming. I was sick of getting locked in to weekly sessions of other therapies which promised in time I would see results.I came with an open mind but far from a true believer.After 2 sessions my pain had more or less disappeared.Natalie never makes you feel like you have to book in for more sessions but I'm now finding it's not just the physical Bowen techniques that help with the ups and downs that occur, but the chats we have at the beginning of the sessions that are helping improve the overall quality of my day to day.If you've got something unusual going on, give Natalie a go, she might just change your life!

I first met Natalie over 15 years ago following a horse riding accident. I sought her out for Craniosacral Therapy. She worked wonders and I had use of my shoulder again.Fast forward to 2021 I sought Natalie out again for tightness in my forearms (from massaging horses as a profession) which regular massage and Accupuncture had been unable to relieve. This time I asked for Bowen. Thankfully she worked miracles and my forearms and hands are pain free.Natalie has also assisted me with my vocal chord dysfunction.I highly recommend Natalie and am eternally grateful to her for getting my body back on track. I would not consider using anyone else.

I came to Natalie with various issues relating to menstruation and she has helped me discover that I don’t HAVE to be in pain each month!! After many doctor appointments telling me there was nothing wrong, Natalie has given me the ability to go about my day to day life even on those heavier period days (which are few and far between now!). I first contacted Natalie on the recommendation of my daughter who had been receiving Bowen Treatment from Natalie for many years, I finally contacted Natalie late last year for arm and shoulder pain , I couldn’t lift my arm above elbow level , after 3 treatments I had full movement , I have been receiving treatment in the last 3 weeks for a torn Hamstring, and the pain level and movement in my leg has vastly improved.I have to confess to being skeptical that anyone could get me moving .I can’t recommend Natalie enough to anyone who may require her assistance .

After reading about craniosacral therapy, I took my 3 year old daughter to see Natalie. At the time she was only saying few works and had a defiant behaviour.Over the next few weeks after each session she was using more words, she started becoming more independent and she was simply flourishing. I saw Natalie following a recommendation from a friend, having had some hormonal issues and no period for a year. Natalie clearly explained the treatment to me in a straightforward way and is very to the point. After the initial treatment which was more general to see how my body responded, Natalie focused on manoeuvres that are beneficial to the reproductive system and two days later, I got my period! And it was the healthiest one I’d had for over 12 months. I have been taking other steps such as supportive herbs, getting to bed earlier, drinking good water, eating nutritious food, but can confidently say that Bowen was a key factor in getting my cycle back and seemed to definitely trigger it. Natalie explains that Bowen is giving your body the information it needs to do what it already knows how to do. Not only does this simplify things when on a healing journey and having pursued many avenues, which I’m sure lots of us have felt can be overwhelming, but it also reassures us that our body knows what to do – I feel that the trust and belief that this cultivates has been really powerful and I am amazed by my body. I have pain from inflammation in my body at times and on day 3 following a treatment I was completely pain free and have never felt better. The treatment itself is extremely relaxing and if like me you have anxious tendencies, it’s a delightful break for your nervous system as it activates the parasympathetic nervous system which is needed for healing. I feel like Bowen is a prime example of ‘getting out of your own way’ in the realm of healing. I highly recommend giving it a go and incorporating it into your holistic self-care regime.
