Hungry Jack's Burgers Brassall
One of the slowest hungry jacks I have been to. Multiple times I have reversed out of the drive through and gone to another food place, twice I have sat in the drive through and noone served me but served other cars to be told sorry sometimes our sensors don't pick up large cars. Multiple wrong orders, 1 time they lost my order and I was waiting in the waiting bay for half an hour before I walked back in to see what happened.. need better management or something. Would not recommend.

Placed an online order for drive through collection at 950pm. Google says the resteraunt is open until 11pm. Turn up to collect the order at 1010pm to be told the resteraunt is closed. I’ve been billed for such order & received nothing. Poor service. Shouldn’t be allowed to place an online order for a place that is clsoed.

Waited about 20minutes in the drive-thru, there was 3 other cars in front of us. This would have to be the slowest hungry jacks in Australia. Got 2 Mini drumsticks with the kids meal, looked like they'd been out of the freezer for a good couple of hours as they'd all melted with ice inside the cone. Very disappointed, only came here because it was on our way home.

No customer service. They stare at you till you say what you want no hello all they do is say how much your meal is. Then had the hide to say we needed to pay for sauce that ment to come with the meal.

Just went in to get breakyOrdered toasty , hash brown and a small latteMost rude and miserable looking staff I’ve ever seenA rather large woman came out from the toilets , glances at me and gave me a look that made me think I’d kicked her puppy then she went in behind the counter , no hi no acknowledgment then another girl with red hair was working also no hi no acknowledgment just says A,L? Here ya ! And turned and walked offThey all look like the REALLY hate it there and they really hate customersMy latte was so hot I almost dropped it and still now with it resting on an ice pack it’s burning hot 20 minutes laterThe hash brown was EXTREMELY greasyToasty was fineWorst service I’ve had in a long time and here and coming from hospitality can’t think of a decent reason why they are like thisMASSIVELY disappointingWouldn’t and won’t recommend

The syrup for the sprite was empty when I came through and the young staff when and fixed it as well as got me a new drink. The chips were missing from my meal but when I went in they cooked me fresh chips. Everyone on was very polite and apologised. Next time an order is wrong, remember they are teenagers and making mistakes are a part of life and being human.

Too long waiting for my order, considering I was the only customer in the store. A couple of Uber orders and a few drive thru, but an extraordinary long wait.
