Had the most helpful service from (I think) Isaac. The shoe I wanted wasn’t available in store but was able to find my size instore & get the colour I wanted ordered & delivered to my home.

Me and my mum had no problem waiting to enter the store, however the problem started when we waited 20-30 minutes in store making eye contact with several staff members waiting to be served while they just looked back and served people that came after us and unfortunately we felt discriminated as we are a people of colour and the people they served were white. We literally would not have a problem if they told us they’ll be a moment or even asked if we were willing to wait but nothing happened so we left quietly and respectfully. Hopefully this does not happen to anyone else in the future, but stay safe y’all

One of the worst experience I have had, which is really disappointing. During the week we had a wonderful experience with a guy that went above and beyond. Came in yesterday and was served by “Millie” worst customer experience. I ended up leaving and purchased the items from another store.

Millie and the team were absolute professionals on Saturday. It was packed due to Father's Day and they handled it brilliantly. My husband and I were super impressed by her attentiveness and positive attitude as she juggled multiple things effortlessly. Connor, in particular was also fantastic. Couldn't fault the service at all. 5 STARS GUYS!!!

How does this store stay open? Took my daughter in today to buy 2 pairs of shoes. As we walked in there was 3 staff on and one other customer. All 3 of the staff stood around talking... I made eye contact with one the staff while waiting to be served she looked away and went back to chatting away with the other staff. We wait 20mins... in the end we left and so did the other customer... will not be wasting my time going there again.

Really annoyed ordered a pair of shoes they are not brand new they have dirt stains on them from people trying them on not happy at all When you spend $250 You should be satisfied with what you're paying for not buying some stinky shoe that other people try on with dirty socks

These guys are great. So ready to help and point you in the right direction. The two young ladies that served me had so much patience with me and really took the time to make sure I loved the shoes I left with. I can't thank them enough, you girls are brilliant.

Worst customer experience I had for a very long time. Extremely Unprofessional and unhelpful. Kept blaming “customer service” for their own miscommunication and process in store. I was repeatedly told on the day “they had done their part”. The 2 girls who “served” me on Saturday 3rd of sept at Narellan were absolutely disinterested and unwilling to help.

Anything you need go see Doug. Always friends and super helpful with anything you need and have a chat about sneakers with you. Be awesome if footlocker HQ wouldUpgrade/update the store for range and stock but any negatives Doug always turns it around for me.
