His skills have helped me tackle some challenging medical conditions and changed my life for the better. I love coming into the studio, all the staff and clients are an absolute pleasure to work with. I couldn't recommend this studio more highly.

As the founder of Cremorne Physio, I have had the pleasure of working in a professional capacity with Andrew and his team for a number of years. While professional regulations forbid me from saying what excellent clinical practitioners they all are, I can say that they have always been an absolute pleasure to work with and collaborate with when it came to co-management of patients. Their facilities are first class, their service is first class, and their communication is first class. You can rest assured that they are a team of team-players who go all out to help their clients achieve their health and fitness goals. Having now moved on from Cremorne Physio, I will miss collaborating with the Longevity team.

Matt Skelly developed an exercise program that helped me recover from a chronic neck condition, ultimately this improved my daily living both physically and mentally. Matt's expertise and attention to detail ensures I train safely and effectively with the right technique. Matt supports me to set realistic goals, once those goals are met, new ones are developed. Our training sessions are constantly evolving as my strength and fitness improves. I honesty can't recommend Matt highly enough!

Luke Dorizas is a legend!! Luke is very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness. Totally understanding about my weight issues and is determined to help me control that. I have been attending Longevity, “Luke”, for 20 sessions now, to enhance a tired 75 year old worn out Army related lower back.Luke’s sessions are thorough and with a lot of care & compassion. He adjusts the sessions as required, resulting in much improved mobility and reduced discomfort.I attend a gym twice weekly and exercise every other day. I thought I knew everything and was doing my private work out correctly…. Then along came Luke who adjusted my technique over time, resulting in the road to recovery now on track.

I have been training with Andrew for over 2 years and he has designed programs to manage my back issues and also recovery from a back operation. It would be hard to find a more caring, sincere and professional trainer. At all times I feel that I am in safe hands. Andrew continually evolves my program as my strength improves and this encourages me to push myself...but always with safe boundaries.I highly recommend Andrew to anyone who is sincerely interested in improving their fitness.
