The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to give you great service.I had an idea for a laser etched pendant for my wife and the sales team went above and beyond to ensure this was completed in time for Christmas.Their jewellery range is extensive and they also offer cleaning and battery replacement services too.

The Nowra Jeweller was extremely helpful in designing and creating the dream engagement ring for my partner. Mark was full of useful advice and patient with me throughout the whole the process. The team was seamless to work with both in store and via phone/email. I had such a great experience that my partner and I then got our wedding rings designed and made through Mark too. Wanted to get an opal ring for my partner. Helen was amazing in purchasing experience, very helpful and polite. Being a last minute person of course couldn't find his ring size so had to resize and again quick turnaround on the job with nice prices, immaculate work and Helen's amazing friendliness and also tips and tricks on how to maintain the ring and the stone.Thankyou so much again

Mark and the team did an outstanding job in working with us to design and create both my engagement ring and my wedding band! They made the whole process seamless and kept us involved and updated every step of the way. I honestly could not be happier with my rings, they are so unique and the craftsmanship is incredible.
