Simply put! We had a disappointing experience from beginning to end.My wife made the first contact with an order and was promised a call back twice. No call back. Then, Told item was not in stock ! We had to advise the young lady the item was listed on their site.I had to drive 40 min round about trip to pick the item up. Friendless & willing to help ! Sadly 1-10. No apologies given or fault acknowledgment. We got there in the end but highly recommend going to another store that actually stock the items you wish to purchase from that store.

Priscilla was incredibly helpful when I needed advice about my powder room renovation. The showroom had a good range to look at for vanities, tapware and toilets which was much better than my months of online browsing! Ordering was easy and they are very competitive on prices.

The worst customer service I have seen in a long time. Had a go at me for water coming out of their own display and the fact they don’t use recycled water.For a plumbing company it should not be hard to sort it out.Will not be returning here and will be making sure none of my friends do either.Thanks Tradelink Moorabbin for confirm what others told me about your service!
