From just booking online, turning up to a friendly face, staff on time and then one of the most relaxing massages ever. The massage I received from Jade, was exactly what I asked for and I cannot recommend Jade enough - absolutely fantastic!

I had my first remedial massage at Aavago recently and my masseur Jade was professional and friendly making me feel very welcome. Jade certainly knows her craft. Warren is extremely professional. He is the best! He always takes his time to treat the areas of my body that are sore. He often allows more time for the treatment. Which makes me feel like a real patient and not just a random client. I always feel so much better after a remedial massage with Warren. I recommend him 100%!

I would like to say thank you to Lisa who helped relief the chronic pain on my neck and upper shoulder last month. I've had really muscle tightness around my neck/upper back which was causing tension headaches and movement restriction. I was already visiting a few chiro , oesteopath and massage places. Out of desperation I called Aavago to see if they had any available appointment same day and I booked with Lisa. What I love about Lisa is that she knew her muscles very well and was explaining to me which part of my muscles had issues. She worked front and back using her techniques based on my symptons. I had extreme tight calf muscles too which she helped with as well. She even felt and identified certain muscle was turning the wrong way and gave me tips I could do at home. I loved that we can choose our essential oil too! I felt a lot of relief so thank you!

Had my first massage with Warren today. My neck and back were very tight and I was simply exhausted. Warren was outstanding. After a 1 hour remedial massage I feel so much looser and relaxed.
