I was hankering for a hot chicken roll, stopped at IGA and got my hot chook, but no rolls, the shop was well stocked and friendly staff

Even one star is generous. On last leg of the 'big lap' and this store gets our vote as the dirtiest and staff rudest. I feel sorry for locals who dont have any other choices. Disgusting!

She was slow, uncommunicative and had a frown on her face during my entire time in line.When I politely asked for $10 gold coins with my change she automatically stated No". (Although she just filled the register with them)AWARDED - MOST RUDE STAFF IN OZOut of 2500 kms of travel this trip and years of 100kms of travelling around Australia

It's a.super market, but was very well set out and clean. Our checkout fellow was lovely and packed our grocery with a little cheek. Was very pleasant.

Get everything I need, more variety in vegetables and frozen foods

Worst store in Australia. All food is rotten. Unhygienic. Deli chickens are burnt on the outside and raw in the middle. No variety of food anymore in deli or shelves. Pathetic. Really dissapointing. Can’t wait for spar to open.

Don’t buy anything that should be fresh because I can guarantee you that it is not.9/10 times I have been in there most of the meat is off and or out of date. Unfortunately it is the only shop in bourke atm and unfortunately I can’t give a lower rating then 1 star

I’m surprised IGA allows this to carry their brand name. The most disgusting service, shelves barely stocked, graffiti and rubbish everywhere and fresh food isn’t so fresh. Thank God Spar will be opening soon enough for the poor locals who have no choice.
