This place is basically my second home. I basically grew up here. The facilities are good and the staff are really fun to be around. The instructors are very understanding and they try their hardest to make you reach the best version of you.They train you at your own phase and pushes you when you need it. Taekwondo is really great for fitness because there is muscle building and cardio. I did the sport side of taekwondo and they trained me really well and I learn a lot of good stuff. Because of the taekwondo I was one of the fittest at my high school. Sometimes I don’t realise that I’m getting fitter because it’s really fun and you get to interact with other people and friends. This taekwondo facility is so welcoming that it feels like a big family. I highly recommend it and you should join.

I started my son at ATI midland 12 months ago after watching all the kids having a great time i thought as a 42 year old why not have a go at the adults class and it’s the best thing i ever did not only did i lose 12 kilos of excess weight i’ve regained and improved my flexibility massively i can’t thank the team at ATI midland enough for transforming me in to a new improved man.
