Really disappointed, given our hopes from the lovely looking products and positive reviews. We ordered over a week ago, and when enquired numerous days later, we were told by the owner that theyve been sick and so will be delivered 1 week (note, this was for a very special occasion and this was the one way we decided we could send a gift from NZ). Later when chasing up the owner again with still no delivery made, we were told they still haven't delivered and will offer a refund as they still won't be at work.It's not just the money, we have missed an opportunity here. While I get small businesses are under pressure, you also need to let your customers know (who expect overnight or within 3 days delivery as per your own website) if this won't be the case - this is after all a time sensitive product you're offering.I'm all for supporting small businesses, but the response was unempathetic, self-focussed and unprofessional. If you're ordering for an occasion you don't have 2 weeks for in advance (which is a silly window of time for something like flowers) then I'd advise to seek elsewhere.I do hope you're ok, but your treatment of us was poorly and we've lost our chance to do something nice from afar.

ordered my very first dried floral arrangement 2years ago and still looking lovely to this date.have ordered few gift boxes and never disappoints.very friendly and great customer service.

My bff sent me a gorgeous little arrangement for my bday in lockdown. Five other friends sent flowers but the Harvest Botanica bunch lasted well over a week! I popped in this morning to pick up a bunch for my aunty who's in hospital and Kerryn was so lovely and whipped me up a colourful assortment on the spot! Harvest Botanica is my new go-to florist and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for artfully assembled flowers that last for ages.

Very disappointing. Ordered flowers for a special birthday. The most expensive fresh bouquet on the website and the flowers looked nothing like the “ Pure Lusciousness Bouquet” that was advertised. $150 for flowers that did not appear fresh or at all “luscious”. This did not represent what I ordered. I called to discuss my concern and disappointment. I received a message saying:” I am absolutely exhausted by people like you who think that you are the customer and you are right that is not the case you need to know boundaries”.

I love these beautiful dried flower. It brightens up my home office. I bought a terrarium for my husband's office. Looks great!
