These Guys have been great. We purchased a Subaru Outback from them that was in great condition. Unfortunately just after purchase a sensor faulted on the vehicle. This wasn’t covered in the statutory warranty, but The Prime Wheels team stood by us and covered the repairs on the fault. They were great to deal with, kept in constant contact throughout this time. We would recommend this company to anyone looking at buying a vehicle they are definately a very reputable secondhand car dealer. Thanks Muzz and your team...

Our experience with Muzz was fantastic. He was genuinely knowledgeable about the cars he sells and was unceasingly decent and polite. When we had a small delay with obtaining finance from the bank he was unswervingly patient, in spite of interest from other buyers. Highly recommended! And thank you for the free manual driving lesson.

I bought a 2015 Skoda Octavia Scout from Prime Wheels. The staff are very friendly and I was able to negotiate price quite reasonably. When it came down to getting background information on the car and getting items repaired for the roadworthy that’s where things became a little unclear.I never received a copy of the roadworthy certificate, and it took several messages and phone calls and 10 days for Prime wheels to transfer the registration into my name.I also asked prime wheels to check the integrity of the timing belt and they told me that they had it checked by the mechanic. This was in fact true, I called the mechanic and the he told me the same thing, timing belt had in fact been checked however since there was no record of the time in belt been changed I had the timing belt changed anyway and my mechanic had shown me that the lifetime of the belt which was 150,000 km it had never been changed.I can’t fault the dealership on this but it’s good to get things doublechecked if you haven’t got a record or something. I do wish however I got record of the basic service he did.Overall my experience with the dealership was not too bad, I just wish they were a little bit faster and more transparent when dealing with customers especially considering I made a decision on buying the car with inside 15 minutes.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.I bought a Suzuki Swift from them exactly a month ago. I gave them a call two weeks after buying the car complaining that the brakes were making a squeaky noise. They said the brakes were not checked but it should be because the car has not been driven for a while. They were to send their mechanic’s phone number so he can make a diagnosis for me.The guy there has never sent me their mechanic’s phone number.I went to a different mechanic and he told me that the brakes were very low and therefore replaced them. I let the guy at Prime Wheels know and he said there’s nothing they can do since they’ve given me the trustworthy certificate, which means they have checked the brakes. SUDDENLY they remembered that they have checked the brakes. I have driven the car for NOT EVEN 500 kms. They refuse to compensate me since that’s something dangerous and needs to be checked before giving away a car and since it’s given I have not caused this issue.Not professional at all!Very disappointed!

My wife and I went to Prime Wheels to inspect a car. Sam was upfront and explained the car needed a few things fixed, as they had just acquired the car, a Japanese import. Sam went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He even delivered the car to us when I wasn't able to pick it up myself. We received the car serviced and cleaned, inside and out. Many thanks to Sam, highly recommended.

Muz is a great person and Prime Wheels deliver what they promise. They don’t compromise on quality service. After the purchase of my car, i had some issues, and i just contacted Muz, and he instantly took the responsibility of getting it fixed, no matter how small the issue is, they help. Not only did he save me an hour off my trip by suggesting a different train route and picking me up from a train station further out of his way but he knew I had a long journey home, driving into the night, that he made sure the tank was full of fuel for me when I came to collect it! What an upstanding guy - definitely recommend Prime Wheels!

Great customer service. They were happy to fix a small issue on the car before I received it and weren't forceful with additional extras or costs.I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress free experience.

Car yard is nice and tidy with a large selection of cars. Customer service is amazing. Was offered free drinks whilst I waited. Muzz (salesman) was very knowledgeable and transparent with the cars. Also the cars are all reasonably priced and of decent quality. I would highly recommend this dealership over others that I have visited.

I purchased a 2011 Ford Territory from prime wheels only for the fuel injectors to go in it within 3 weeks, Muz was awesome to work with as he organised for my car to get fixed under it’s warranty and also supplied me with a loan car and met me half way to swap cars as I live 2 hours from the car yard.I would recommend Muz and team to anyone thinking about purchasing a car from Prime Wheels.Great customer service, thank you again Muz for everything and I am very happy with my car
