Chris approaches textile and thread like a craftsman of old. I honestly do not understand how people get passionate about some things and Chris is one of them. He genuinely loves his work which is reflected its quality.

The back blocks of Cloverdale are not a place you would usually expect to find an artisan. But that is the best way to describe Chris, and the approach he takes to his work. He is passionate about his profession, and it shows through in his results. We had a set of much loved dining room chairs from the 60's and 2 mid century modern lounge chairs re-upholstered by Chris. The results were sensational, and the french polish he also did on the lounge chairs left us wondering if we were looking at the same tired old chairs we had brought to him. Would recommend Chris to anyone, and he is a really good bloke to deal with as well. Thanks Chris!

Chris is honest, reliable and does a really high quality job, he takes his time to do it right. Our old couch handed down from grandparents was special to our family but was worn out, with a strike of luck, I found Stylefurn and spoke to Chris, what a legend. Chris brought life back into it, it looks superb and it will give our family another 50 years of memories. He used top quality leather, fixed the springs and put in new foam, and it was worth every dollar. Solid as a rock, and actually really good value for money compared to buying a cheap Chinese couch and throwing it out in 2 years. We love it, and can't recommend Stylefurn enough!
