1) Two weeks ago I bought freelance chicken but after it was very hard to bite, totally can’t eat at all.2) Yesterday my daughter bought same freelance chicken again and yet still have the same problem.This time I rang and told the person about the issue and they said they have been selling it and there has been no problems.If anyone else has or had the same issue please write a review.

An easy to find place and loads of choices of meat. Love it because they deskinned and cut the chicken. Very clean. Price is worthy since they help me in my biggest task of cutting it into pieces.

Best genuine free range farm chicken, we buy here every week. It is just like what we get in a village in India (No hormones or growth promoters). They can also skin and cut the chicken for you. It is a slow cook chicken which they should put on the sign board. They also sell a variety of game meats and other normal meat.

We went to try out Challenge Lamb as we were around the corner. Regret going before reading google reviews as we have had the same issues as another reviewer.Bought a free range chicken, and when cooked, was the toughest and hardest meat I’ve seen. We couldn’t eat it and the entire Chicken Curry ended up in the bin.The person behind the counter was non-responsive to requests and most unfriendly. We had such a bad experience at this shop, both customer service as well as product.

the worst ever customer service I have seen anywhere. The Asian lady is the rudest person I have ever seen. she needs to be taught how to speak humbly sometimes and need to learn some traits for customer service.

Very disappointed and unhappy with the service. Last week I paid for goat leg and asked them to cut it for me. After coming back home when I opened the bag, I didn't found any leg pieces, there was only bones (neck and other parts bones). When I did complain about this matter, the boy was arguing rather than saying sorry!I'm buying meat from this shop from last 7yrs and wondered to see that no respect for regular customer.

Horrible and wont be going again...they had 2 chicken selection on display: factory chicken and fresh chicken... I had purchased fresh chicken and was never told it is a very slow cooked one at the counter.I did call them next day to complain and they tell me I should be there one asking if the fresh chicken is a slowed cooked one...very poor customer service...Also, I had guests over at my place and they all complained about Challenge meat.
