Erica offers a very comprehensive virtual studio with a large variety of classes interspersed with regular live sessions. She is passionate about self care and provides many avenues to develop a healthier lifestyle. I look forward to my virtual classes and feel the benefits of my mindful exercise with Erica. I have developed a better understanding of my body and how my mind affects my commitment to regular movement. Erica is very knowledgeable, has a great sense of humour and is a very kind teacher.
