Scooterland Mobility

My fund managers hired us a medium mobility scooter from there and I MUST State that the staff that I have spoken to over the phone have been super helpful and I Thank Them so Very very much.

Rented Mobility Scooter for my dad a few times during his visit to Gold Coast. Scooterland has good service and the response time is quick.

Using this service was very disappointing when getting my mobility scooter itself was being repaired .My 4wwalker rack was taken like the bag on the back and their scooterland mobility logoed bag was put on for no reason and no consent.This had nothing to do with this repair job.As I stated to owner Graeme had I asked to replace the bag that would have been ok . However it wasn't ok to not put my 4wwalker rack back on .Having then be told to return my things would cost $100 which angered me .Bad customer service.Continual emailing to this company of willing to contact the ndis safeguards commission and a disability advocacy service soon resolved this matter of getting my things returned without charge .Having to get a independent friend to have this dropped into them by Graeme with me needing to contact him many times .Poor communication skills here with seeing how a customer may feel.4 mths later I have my things back of something that shouldn't have happened in the first place

I rang this place looking to hire a mobility scooter for my mum. I needed it for sunday, i would have been happy to hire for a full week if i had to but the guy was soo rude on the phone. Straight away saying we don't do weekends we need a break too and my best bet would be to go somewhere else. I never leave bad reviews but you guys offer terrible service, don't bother with these guys.

Service department Graham and Wes who picked up the wheelchair. We can't speak highly enough of them for their service we were given. Arrived to Gold Coast from Canberra with incorrect charger for my portable mobility scooter. These guys had a reconditioned one at very reasonable price. They also gave my scooter a good check, wiring, fuses etc at no cost. Helped us out as soon as we pulled up. Highly recommend! Good guys as well.

Hired a mobility scooter from here and I was very impressed. Great staff and loved the freedom the mobility scooter gave me. Will be going back
