Havana RnB Nightclub

Absolutely rude and misleading , encouraged my entire squad of 18 people to come they all paid and went in and I was told I need physical ID and was also advised I wouldn’t need to line up again, After 7 minute I got my ID and they changed their mind..I was asked to line up! So I left .In the short time I was there I witnessed on two occasions the security make unnecessary comments to passers by , causing emotional distress to a young lady, then within minutes to another guest about his age ! Mocking people is definitely not respectful behaviour . Security role is to supervise and adhere to regulations not create drama and problems with intoxicated patrons.A sincere apology and perhaps change of behaviour by security in line with catching up to modern times of promoting safety.Just rude and unpleasant.Where is the hospitality in that!This part is added the day after, a women in our group who wasn’t drinking that evening was groped by another patron , after leaving club unexpectedly due to distress, she communicated this to the same security guard and she was told “what did she expect” all she asked was if someone could grab her bag, she was made to line up again and had to face this horrid intoxicated man again just so she could leave .

Wish I could do zero stars!Extremely rude staff. Staff had their bank servers down and 7 of my girlfriends wanted to buy drinks wanting to pay by card, and as their servers were down they were rude enough to tell us that if we didn’t have our physical cards we could just leave. They also were unnecessarily abusive to us girls. Honestly, we were quite shocked. Travelling from Victoria we found this extremely appalling and rude. As it was quite empty and the music was dull we simply decided to leave. Do not recommend if you’re after a fun and chill girls night out.Here’s some photos of the staff to watch out for!

Manager is an absolute flop, asked if he could help us move a chair and he looks at us then turns and walks off to hug his lil crew of boys lolFirst time going back to Havana over the weekend in 5 years and nothing has changed at all.. not surprised the floor still hasn’t been cleaned since its opened

Went to this night club and was assaulted by the so called manager also known as the receptionist. The guy come outside and spoke to us and told me that it’s not assault because there’s no security so it doesn’t count. He also had a go at my boyfriend and started pulling jokes about his mullet being the issue at the club. I would never recommend this club to anyone. Negative stars for this club!!!!!

Love the vibe in this place with great tunes all night and reasonably priced drinks compared to other joints along the Cavill Avenue strip.

If you really want to spend a good night this is not the right place. I went with my girlfriend the attitude of the staff towards the differnt race and the abuse faced can't be explained via words. You will find better place that getting your soul disturbed and insulted for the money that you spend. Stay away from this racist club.

Staff are nice, dont sell Bundy :( place stinks! Otherwise its alright.

Bouncers don’t care about aggressive queue jumpers apparently. Two dudes (plus about 10 other people) skipped the 1 hour line tonight by pushing in front of everyone and threatened girls in front of us (saying “I’ll see you inside”) when they called them out. Bouncers were told and let them right in! Venue obviously doesn’t genuinely care about their (honest) patrons.

Yet another 0 star review. My friends were kicked out just for standing up for venue staff was trying to take 1/2 empty alcohol glass of the table and saying it’s not our table. Really disappointing as staff was trained to take alcohol off the tables therefore people are expected to buy more. We will not let racism and discrimination uphold. If managment really care about equal treatment and against discrimination watch the videos / CCTV and let all people with different skin colour to have the same opportunity in this country. Attended this place for an 18th birthday party, security let random groups of young boys in even though I was part of a VIP group, that was okay didn't think too much of it. Bar staff, VIP Waiters were friendly and accommodating. Within an hour a fight broke out, security no where to be seen and people were badly hurt. The security should be doing a better job at keeping both patrons and their staff safe, did not meet duty of care and looking at news reports they leave it to the police to deal with. Should be held to account. The toilets were also foul and the place doesn't look like pics
