RE/MAX Profile Real Estate

We rented a property with Amanda as our property manager. I have been renting for ten years in various properties in Sydney and Brisbane, and I have never had a better manager. Amanda does her job properly, and is responsive and resolves issues promptly. This is a hard thing to find in the rental market. We had to move out of our property due to a growing family and the area wasn't suitable for a baby but I wish we were still able to rent under with Amanda.It just goes to show it really isn't hard to just get in and repair things when they are broken, respect tenants privacy, and show compassion and humanism just with the tone you use or emails you write. Thanks Amanda for a great ~18 months!The real estate itself is also easy to get along with and professional with direct processes to request maintenance/repairs etc. Such a streamlined business. I would rent or buy through Remax Profile again!

We have only been renting with RE/MAX Profile for 3 months but have been really happy with our property manager, Amanda. She has been extremely understanding and helpful this last month in particular as my husband lost his full time job due to Covid-19. She even dropped off an Easter hamper for our two boys! Any maintenance issues have been fixed promptly which is great. Susie in the accounts team is wonderful to!

I recently just ended an 18 month rental period with RE/MAX and Amanda Heilig as my property manager. It was such a pleasure to have a person like Amanda as the property manager. If it were not for family commitments I would have loved to stay on longer. As a renter it is hard to find good places, and even nicer property managers who not only have the owners best interest, but also ensures the renters are happy in the property as well.There was never a hassle to get a hold of Amanda; her response to things was quick, especially work orders when issues arose. Very easy to talk to and understanding.

I recommend RE/MAX Rental Real Estate as they are very attentive with customers. The staff team is very efficient and provide good service. I would like to congratulate everyone but specially Ms. Kobe Kelliher, the one who always put herself available to draw attention to any of my issues and she is also very polite and friendly, two characteristics I believe are extremely important to keep customers.

Liza Mckilliam from Remax Profile Real Estate was the most amazing person to work with. She make sure things get done straight away. Her service is beyond our expectations. When it came to listing our Bardon property for sale recently we looked no further than Grant Penrose. He was already a familiar face from several of the nearby auctions and open houses we had attended, so we knew he had plenty of local experience. Even so, the service that Grant provided to us from my first phone call to him through to the settlement of our property and beyond was above our expectations. He provided us with a realistic and well researched appraisal, then worked closely with us throughout the marketing campaign to achieve what was ultimately a very successful result. We would not hesitate to recommend his local knowledge and industry expertise to anyone.

I had a terrible experience renting from a RE/Max Profile-managed property. The property owner was not good about doing repairs -- he preferred to do them himself without proper knowledge/training. Due to the fact that he did not maintain the trees on the property, the gutters of the house filled with leaves, causing water retention which rotted the wood panels on the side of the house, which ultimately resulted in a hole in the wall of the room I was staying in. The owner waited until after I moved out before making the repair, so I had to live in a damp, water-damaged room. The property managers never filled out an entry condition report, so when I left, they attempted to steal my entire rental bond, which I obviously fought, and received over 75% of it back. The property manager, Iszabel Lees, lied multiple times during mediation with the RTA about evidence" she had about the state of the house when we first moved in
