The adult BJJ classes are fantastic. A great place to learn or further develop your skills. Clear instruction and a very friendly group of people to roll with.

We have been with impact martial arts for 3 years our 3 children absolutely love their classes all 3 of our children have gained so much confidence , discipline and respect their fitness and mental strength as well .The instructors are amazing , impact martial arts is very welcoming family oriented club our kids have not only gained all these great qualities but strong friendships within the club as well , I also joined the fitness kickboxing class and if you want a ripper workout and a few laughs I would definitely recommend impact martial arts

Having been dissatisfied with anotherkarate place, wemovedhere and love it!! Josh is great with kids and adults, teaches his classes in a professional manner while making sure they are fun and active. The vestthingwe everdid was moving to Impact Martial Arts!!
