This is my to go to chemist, the staff are always very friendly and polite and go up and beyond to help their customers 100% 5 stars. I'd like to Thank all the staff for always being there for me, Thank you and happy New year

Amazing team and service every time I pick up a script.

As others have said, blatant price gouging. Taking advantage of people with no Chemist Warehouse western side the Bruce Hwy to compete with. $6 dearer then Chemist Warehouse for a simple box of 48 Codral Day & Night Tablets ($20.95 vs $14.99), 90% Paracetamol. You might think you're making more profit with this approach when in fact you're losing customers hand over foot. When the new CW arrives soon at the Big Fish you'll quickly realise screwing over locals was very short term thinking. Just ask Mitre 10 in Gympie when Bunnings arrived in town. And, of course you'll have to drop your prices to compete when CW opens so your profit margins will take a double whammy, good luck staying in business. Will never walk into a Jadin's again.

Not real happy with this pharmacy. The prices are through the roof! My Hep B immunisation cost me $79.95 ... Found out later Ken Lai Pharmacy which is a two minute drive away charges $61.95 for the same immunisation! That is a huge price difference! Thats not a couple of dollars difference ... that is close to $20 more! For the exact same script???!!! Will not come back here, too much of a rip off!

Always have great service from the staff here, especially from Tracey and Annette. The pharmacists are also friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Good experience all round and would definitely recommend. Thank you kindly.

I was really shocked at the pharmacist's behaviour to one of the employees. She was really rude and abominable to the poor girl.
