The worst printing service. They always directed you to do self printing , does not help when there is a line of over 14 people waiting and there was 7-8 standing around or at the counter doing nothing. Machine was meant to help humans achieve work faster and smarter, not taking away the common sense of logic and being efficient!!!!

I attended the store to request assistance with printing place cards for an event. Being a very small job for those last minute confirmations, there was no time to send them to get printed. Tim at the store was extremely helpful and really took the time to try and help me with the print job. Furthermore, he was very kind and only charged me the cost of the paper and printing rather than insisting I pay for a big bulk order instead.Great service experience!

The print staff could not be less helpful if they tried. They sit around doing nothing whilst telling customers that all jobs have to be booked in with long waiting times for a simple job.

Staff don’t follow instructions. I asked for 2 bound books, they said it’d take an hour and a half so I said I’d come back another day, instead the staff member went and did it but split them into 4 books, wasted $30 and I’ll lose half my work

Today I went to this store to buy Mcbook Pro Power Adaptor but the staff member was purposefully gave me MacBook Air Power Adaptor. Some cheaters are working there be careful next time when you go there.

Ridiculous that we need to wait in line for self printing. The same people were hogging the TWO machines for quite a while. I get companies want to reduce cost but then you need to invest in more machines.Insanity.

Very poor experience. Ordered apple watch via click and collect, email said please bring this order confirmation or photo identification but when I got to the store I was told I needed photo id as well as the order confirmation. Reason given was an increase in fraud"

Hazel and Leo are amazing!I went for a last minute print job as I got invited to attend a convention and had no idea what I was doing but Leo was super helpful picking out the paper and checking with me the quality of the print and even cutting to size for me. Best printing service I had at OfficeworksAnd I bought a lanyard and was served by Hazel who was such a fun person to chat with, I really liked them :)

I have done a lot of printing here, from big posters to small handouts. They are consistently putting out quality work. Sarah in particular knows what she is talking about and makes me feel secure that I’ll be leaving with exactly what I need.
