Service here was so good. It can be scary buying a new car but Chamal made me feel so comfortable and always answered my questions. He made sure we had a coffee in hand while doing the boring paperwork stuff. And we are in love with our new car! Will definitely be recommending them to friends and family! I found that Moe, Chamal and Shaz were a great help when I bought my Koleos. They were friendly and patient and answered all our questions. Even after I picked up my car they were still happy to help me with some little things in the car. Bought the Arkana two weeks ago and Moe was amazing!! Greatest customer service and customer care experience. I wasn’t rushed to do the driving test nor was pressured to buy the car. He was very patient and helpful. Highly recommend Moe and Chamal if you’re looking for a new vehicle. Pleasant experience!! The car is great, very comfortable and smooth.

I bought an Arkana RS Line recently from here. The experience was wonderful and Chamal the sales manager was extremely helpful in taking care of my needs and helping me choose a car suitable to them. Finances are always an anxious thing to deal with but it was extremely easy at the dealership and Shahz was extremely helpful. Just picked up our new Koleos, the service was fantastic, they could not have done anything more. Thank you Chamal, Finn and Paul. Finn was fantastic at explaining the details and how to use everything in the car. We are not technically great and he had to repeat some of it, but he did so without showing any frustration. He was very thorough and we felt very comfortable driving it for the first time. Thank you Paul, the car does sparkle in the sunshine with the coating and tinting. Thank you Chamal your professional customer service is appreciated. Overall an exciting and wonderful experience.
