REALLY friendly staff, vr headsets are cleaned and foam replaced after every use. Air con is a life saver, as well. Foam floor is VERY comfortable!

What fun!! The children loved the VR during their holiday. Out of all the activities we did, they can’t stop talking about this. I was really impressed with the staff, they made the it all so easy. Really made my kids feel comfortable and helped them out when they needed it. This made me feel at ease, not being a “gamer” was not an issue, we were welcomed regardless and that made the whole experience top shelf.

Extermely Poor Magagement and Service Purchased 2 passes for my daughter for Christmas, and this place would not honor the tickets. Asked Several times for manager to call with absolutley no response. Be aware, dodgy business owner.

The young lady on site was rude, arrogant and helpful. The place has gone downhill since the previous owners left and at just under $100 for 1hr for 2 kids definitely disappointing. New owners/management need reminding good customer service means more repeat business. The girl on duty needs a wakeup call.
