Crystal Waters number 7 is Absolutely disgusting! The doona is dirty, the unit is old and filthy! Ants everywhere, dirty floor, dirty couch, old chairs that are very dirty curtains and screens are old and shabby and do not even cover the window fully! Screens have some rips in them. Paid over $1000 for this unit! Don't waste your money here, you can get something so much nicer for that kind of money! Fire your cleaner cause she doesn't clean! So disappointed! The only clean thing here was the pool!

I can not express how Amazing the Ladies in this office are.With short notice we needed to travel to Bargara and had booked accommodation in a hurry, and with so many places booked out we found that what we had booked wasn't really suitable for our needs.Thankfully the ladies at Bargara Real Estate were able to adjust our booking and place us into a very comfortable apartment for our stay. It pays to contact the local office to get inside information and great service. Poor customer service. Probably some of the worst service I have experienced from any business. Not willing to make the most minor of additional arrangements that we requested. Also not willing to honour a simple arrangement that was agreed in writing.I submitted a complaint in writing to management. The reply I received from the estate agent was so poor, I decided to just ignore the email, not wasting more time to reply. I hope we are never again forced to deal with this Agency.

Useless agents!!They are in it for the quick commission and do not care about the vendor at all. I spoke to Bruce and made an appointment to view a property in Coral Cove, I informed him I was driving up from Brisbane and if anything changed to inform me, after driving the 4 hrs, I called Bruce to firm up a time and he informed me he sold the property. He told me he had 200+ inquiries, yet he showed only 4 people through and instructed the owners to take the first offer they received to get a quick commission. I called the owner of the real estate, and he laughed at me. I later found out the offer was >$25k less than I was prepared to pay. If you want a quick sale in this market you can hire a monkey, if you want the best price for your property, don't use these guys.

We came from 5 years of private rental and were worried about the process of getting back through a real estate but Bargara real estate were friendly, welcoming and had fantastic service from day one. Our agent Rita is always thorough and any maintenance we report is done in a timely manner, very reliable. Highly recommend.

Excellent service from the ladies when booking our holiday. Unit 101 at C resort was amazing. Clean, well equipped, perfect spot. Congrats to the owner.

I used Bargara Real Estate to rent through while I was working in Wide Bay. Rita was fantastic. Nothing was an issue and when things needed fixing it was quickly sorted out - once in under 2 hours!
