DO NOT GO HERE! My son needed an MRI for his knee. It took over an hour and cost over $300. The orthopaedic surgeon said it was very poor quality using extremely old technology so we had to have another one done elsewhere. The second one took 12 minutes and was perfectly clear. I wish I hadn’t wasted my time!

Zero stars. I called kindly and asked if they did MRI scanS. The rude person on the phone said no. I asked if they knew any other places. He said I can’t help you and hanged up the phone. So rude and unprofessional. Avoid this place like the plague.

I was extremely happy with the service provided by David, I found him to be professional, accomodating and knowledgeable. The appointment times offered were flexible and results prompt. Would recommend and will use again.

David provided me with an MRI and X-ray (after years of problems and many previous X-rays) David is the only person who showed me the results/ findings and how to access them via his online portal. He was incredibly thorough and empathetic and even mentioned some movement exercises that have worked for his previous injuries. Despite the comments below if David is able to help (can provide the right scan for your needs) then he absolutely will go above and beyond to both find you an appointment time that works for you and provide an incredibly thorough service. Still wondering why there's negative reviews for this practice.My experience was beyond great, he was very professional the procedure was comfortable and he was open to take his time and explain me about the procedure and give me advices and a lot of information to take care of my back which was greatly appreciatedThanks again, and i would definitely recommend Brighton radiology.

I found them very informative, professional, easy to communicate and arrange appointment.Dr Proctor was very helpful, explained everything and I had no issue doing MRI.I highly recommend them and if anyone is debating on getting an MRI done, I wouldn't hesitate, get one done to know right from beginning what direction to take and will save you time and fees wasted chasing other doctors treatments.ThankyouGeorge Dakis.

David is such a experienced person. He knows his job well. He was able to accomodate me in his schedule. He was really thorough with his investigation. Sent timely reports to my doctor. Great services.

There are many negative Google Reviews for this practice, however I experienced only positive outcomes from David. From my initial contact, through to the service provided on the day, David was flexible and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Brighton Radiology / Brighton Standing MRI and David, however I do advise that you read their website as most questions are answered and will save you time when making an appointment. Further David, works across all days of the week and is very accomodating with appointments.While, he may seem abrupt on the phone - it is not abrupt, rather he is straight to the point- if he is unable to assist you, he quickly refers you back to your GP.

Called up for an Ultrasound for my very unwell grandmother before I could even speak the person that answered cut me off blabbered on that they don't do ultrasounds and before I could even reply he hung up! If you read below another negative review with the same issue the owner has replied basically saying he doesn't have time for people that don't go onto his website and read that they don't do ultrasounds and why would he waste his time referring to another business. Basically saying I'm here for the money not for your health! I'm a healthcare provider myself and I always go above and beyond for anyone that calls me even when I can't help them I ensure I send them in the right direction because healthcare providers should be empathetic and wanting to help people. I understand time is poor for everyone and you may be busy but a little bit of kindness goes along way. If you kindly said sorry we don't offer this service in a polite manner it would of stopped me leaving this review. There is no place in this world for uncalled for rudeness. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone and I do hope you learn how to be a little kinder!

RUDE and unprofessional. I was yelled at over the phone simply for asking for more information. I never leave Google reviews, but his behavior was beyond belief, especially in the healthcare industry where empathy is so important.
