I'm delighted to be able respond to your enquiry regarding my service. I am new in Caloundra and was worried about who and where I could take my old vehicle for service, repair etc. Strangely, an elderly couple, on their way to the shops met me and we exchanged a greeting... that followed my question as to where to take my car, new in town etc. Well their response was immediate, PELICAN MOTORS said the man and the woman smiled at me in agreement with her husband. So since I did that I have only received courtesy, honesty, kindness and understanding about my various enquiries. Gavin gives me immense confidence in his attention to detail and observations. Annette is a blessing to the company and I'm sure treats everyone as she has treated me. I am greatly appreciative of not only their customer service but the actual improvement of my sweet old car.
