Very poor service. Unprofessional supervision. I have ordered 2 cappuccinos with 2 raw sugar each, and they haven't bothered to put even 1. The whole meal wasn't fresh. It looked like they fried last night, warmed it up, and served it. I will not visit this store anymore!!

Edit: Today was the 7th time they’ve got the order wrong. Now, I’m suspicious that they purposely serve less quantity than one has ordered. Feel so cheated.Ordered and charged for 3 Double McChicken burgers, but was served with McChicken burgers. It’s literally impossible to check your order in the drive through. Worst McDonald Drive-through ever. I’ve shared the feedback with head office but no response what so ever.Previous review:One of worst McDonald drive-in. Today was the 6th consecutive time they got the order wrong or given lesser quantities than ordered. This is despite asking them to check at the counter. Ordered 20 nuggets and just got 10. The other day, ordered chicken burger but got a beef burger instead. Make sure to open the box and check before leaving the drive-in. Definitely needs more training or supervision.

Staff is very rude and abusing. Please take actions as I can see this location got one of lowest ratings in the planet for a MacDonald restaurant. Also what is ordered via drive through not in bag many times and now I am checking the bag every time before leaving. This place damaging good Brand and distorting it.

The muffin is hard and cold, missing orders, staff can’t even put the muffin together! And don’t expect the service with a smile, the crew is like a bunch of forced labour.

Lazy, unprofessional and uncooperative staff, wait time is ridiculous. 7 ppl working but still and do not ask for order update. You will be given the attitude with a death stair by the staff instead and then will start cleaning grills. Go anywhere else but to this s_show. Not gonna take my family or recommend anyone to go here.

Order my food, get home and lge chips are missing.ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!! READ THE DOCKET, PACK THE ORDER, CHECK IT!.Can't even call them bcz the phone rings once and disconnects.Spent over 30 bucks.Don't even bother going into the store, drive through is quicker. They don't even bother to acknowledge or serve customers in store.

If this was any other restaurant, they would have closed down. There is constantly long queues for in the drive through and in the restaurant but the staff are standing around talking. At the drive through window, I was given the wrong order to which I politely told them. At which point, I was told to wait in the waiting bay. After 10+ minutes in the waiting bay, I went inside and the staff are extremely rude. Despite the long queues, no one was being served. After waiting even longer to be served and finally getting my order, rather than apologise or even hand my my meal, she slided it across the counter and walked off.The work ethic in this place is disgusting and this behaviour appears to be the norm with no accountability. I have also witnessed screaming matches between staff where an employees mother became involved. This McDonalds is the best excuse to start eating better and why tipping is the best incentive for quality service.

What a horrible experience at this Mc Donalds. All you can hear while trying to dine in, Is the manager on duty yelling at a stuff member to hurry up. I won't put the name of the team member who was being yelled at. but that's just wrong.Not once or twice it was continuous while we ate.If you want customer service of any sortDO NOT come to this store.When they call out the food or number dont expect to be spoken to clearly and your food is slid across the counter while they walk off.And if you want your meal to be any where near close to correct, I wouldn't come here.I understand it is fast food. But this is just terrible.
