Shellharbour City Hyundai

Bought my first Hyundai ever from Shellharbour City Motors recently and I was so happy with the service Billy provided. The whole transaction went smoothly, I got a great trade-in price for my previous vehicle. Billy made sure everything was perfect when I arrived to pick up my new vehicle, right down to the huge blue bow in the bonnet :) Billy showed me how everything worked on the car and gave me a follow up call two days later to make sure I was happy with everything. After my experience with Billy and Shellharbour City Motors, I wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase a new vehicle!

After a very unpleasant experience with another dealership (not Hyundai!) I went to see SCH on the chance I liked the new models of the Tucson. Billy was very knowledgeable about the cars and their features across the options. One test drive and I was sold! The entire team were friendly, not pushy and delivered my new car two days after signing the contract. Thanks again - so very very happy ♥️

Had my much loved 12 year old iload towed to the service department while travelling on holiday. Service advisor Kirsten and Service Manager Paul ( and of course the technician who replaced the clutch slave cylinder) got me back on the road in 24 hours while others were “too busy to even look at it “. Thanks a million guys for the excellent, cheerful, efficient service. You’re right up there with the best of them.Geoff McNeice

Bought a new car from Billy our sales guy. He was helpfully in every aspect. Made the stress of purchasing a new car very easy. Definitely would recommend him and this business to others.

Serviced my i30, Brakes didn't work properly and found that they didn't drain the brake fluid properly during service. Took to to competent mechanics and the car has never ran so well now. Also Tried to charge me an hours labor to update the Sat Nav (5 min job tops).Finally, on at least 3 occasions during warranty period, had them attempt to fix fault with reverse camera. Still not fixed.

Amazing service team, super friendly and accommodating. A delight to deal with!

Service was completed in a fast time, however, they forgot to complete some elements until I insisted, and completely didn't investigate some of the other concerns/queries that I had raised. Car was given a complimentary wash, but came out dirtier than when it went in. High cost of service should indicate a premium product, but the issues present meant that it had not provided value for money.

Due to Wollongong being full, I took the first available at Shellharbour service centre, I wasn’t sure what to expect!I was greeted by Tyson and I explained the issues I was having with the car. Tyson was very professional.and presented himself as the face of Hyundai.It's lovely to walk into a place that is so friendly.I also met Erin on the day also was a lovely lady.My car had all issues resolved and ai could go on my road trip without care.Thank you

The sale of the Tuscon I purchased was woeful.My wife put on nice clothes and got my daughter dressed up because this was my wife’s first new car. When we got to the showroom we didn’t see our car there with a pretty bow on it. So we both thought it must be in the yard.We finished the documents with the sales person and went out to the driveway and he started to show us our car. Problem was it wasn’t what we ordered, correct model it was a tuscon but wrong color wrong trim package and none of the accessories we ordered.We said “This isn’t what we ordered”We were then ushered back inside while they checked the paperwork and found our car down the back and then they had to get it ready. 1.5 hours later we drove off in our new car.Buying a $54,000 car is not something I do very often. When paying that kind of money for a car I expect the sales people to get the correct car ready for us. I had a wonderful experience when I bought my new i30 7 years ago. How times have changed. It was a different dealership though?
