Highgrove Bathrooms - Wodonga

Anthony Allport was recommended by Higrove, to renovate our bathroom into a wet room. He has done a great job, been polite and tidy, and worked quickly. Our new bathroom is amazing.

We saw Tony at the store on a Friday afternoon. I explained I was using a store elsewhere in NSW, but wanted to share my selections with my mother. Tony was extremely helpful and gave us some great advice, even though I wouldn’t be able to purchase in Wodonga. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Tony and HG Wodonga.

Spacious shop with a wide range of good quality items, not badly priced either.

Anthony Allport completely renovated both our bathrooms.We used all Highgrove products.The bathrooms look fantastic. Anthony is a lovely man completed bathrooms in a timely manner, very prompt, fantastic advise and the finish of the bathrooms high quality. Would definitely recommend.

NEVER NEVER EVER AGAIN after spending over $6,000 on new bathroom fixtures will I return to the Wodonga store after todays visit.I went in to select, pay and organise for the waste holes to be cut in two stone vanity tops. The display top shows a significant and to be honest ugly vein down one side of the top which is not the look we’re after. The salesman said they have three in my size in the warehouse. As stone is a natural product I asked if the veins would be different on the other tops, to which I received a “yes it’s possible” response . But under no circumstances was that salesman going to leave the air conditioned comfort of the showroom to open three boxes to allow me to pick the best slab for the main bathroom let alone we try for the second top for the ensuite.Extremely disappointed.Hello and thank you for your response. Yes I was on the phone when I arrived discussing what I needed while reviewing previous item’s purchased for the project and once I was ready I ended the call to speak with Tony. Yes there were a couple of people in the store but I wasn’t in a hurry and everyone was being attended to.So to be clear I never asked for the goods to be brought into the showroom to inspect. I was never advised the process was to book an appointment to inspect the goods nor was I offered the opportunity to make said booking. Tony’s very clear response was that he didn’t want to open the boxes. It’s clear from our original visit Tony had issues with only wanting to sell us vanity cabinets Wodonga store had in stock as opposed to the cabinets we wanted for job. Is this because there are sales bonuses in play? I was prepared to drive to Shepparton to collect the goods which didn’t impress Tony at all. In the end I called the Shepparton store and paid for the cabinets while being served by Tony to get him off our back. I organised transport for the goods to our house but Cale the store manager visited family in Shepparton that weekend and collected them for us which was greatly appreciated.To me there seems to be a pattern with Tony. We previously dealt with Matt and only received the best service.So you can put whatever spin on this you like, but if I needed an appointment I should have been told so I could finalise the job. Still disappointed
