Lameroo Golf Course

REVIEW 8/10/22Lameroo GC had an excellent coverage of couch grass on all the fairways. The small target greens were in very good condition and very good to putt on. Mark was very welcoming at the well appointed clubhouse. We were reminded of the great layout and peaceful setting of the golf course.Please read my previous review.REVIEW 4/3/21Lameroo GC is an 18 hole golf course........ volunteers manage the course. It has a great layout with many holes ending up in a central point in the middle of the course surrounded by pine and gum trees....... a great BBQ area is set up. It has a great par three where you have to hit over a thick cluster of trees. We had a great morning.Two short 2 day golfing trip alternatives1/ We played Lameroo GC in the morning then Pinnaroo GC in the arvo ….. drove to the Loxton hotel and stayed overnight. Played Loxton GC in the morning then Swan Reach GC and back in Adelaide by 5:30 pm.All have watered fairways and greens.2/ Alternative two day golf trip - Our golfing group played Keith GC in the morning followed by Bordertown GC in the afternoon. We drove to the Pinnaroo hotel and stayed overnight ($80 for a family room - our seafood meal was excellent). Played Pinnaroo GC in the morning followed by Lameroo GC. Then back to Adelaide by 4 o’clock. Great short trip.
