Offroad Dreaming

From the moment we were picked up till the moment we were dropped off this Kakadu tour was fantastic. Our guide Deb shared a wealth of informative knowledge all day and made the day interesting and fun. Ubirr was amazing, and the climb to the top was worth it, easy for this 54yo. We saw lots of crocs on the River cruise and Deb put on a great lunch with plenty of water and snacks. The day was hot and exhausting but well worth it'. Highly recommend- thanks Deb!

Booked through Viator site to do Kakadu day trip. Our guide Deb was very knowledgeable about First nation culture and new her job well. We were taken on a boat tour of Adelaide River and stepped on to Kakadu our Indigenous guide Robbie was excellent in his stories of his culture and explaining why. Thoroughly recommend doing this trip and learning about the proud first nation people of our great country Australia

Brilliant small group tour. Picked up out front off accommodation on time. Our guide Rick was funny, friendly and provided enough informative commentary without too much excess chatter. Sites included were fantastic, and tips on the waterfalls were spot on.Lunch was adequte in amount and lovely and fresh.The highlight was the Adelaide River tour.Pat our guide was a local through and through. We could have listened to him for hours. Would go again.

Excellent itinerary and guide. I enjoyed every minute. The lunch provided was really nice, even accommodating my vegan diet with tasty food. When I return with my family, we will book with this company for a multi day tour.

Our tour guide, Mike, has a true appreciation for the land and its history. Went on the Kakadu tour with him. A wonderful tour. Mike goes out of his way to make sure we have the best experiences. A very pleasant tour.

A Wonderful experience! Lyn was our guide and made this 12 hour tour experience for us just perfect. Very Informative, friendly and funny! This was a Small group tour (12pax). The day consists of site seeings from termite mounds, multiple water falls/rock pools and lastly A short cruise along the Adelaide river. Delicious snacks and lunch offered throughout the day! Highly recommend this tour with ‘OFFROAD DREAMING’. Thank you for this great experience!!

We went on the day trip to Kakadu. What a great day. Long trip but we’ll worth it.Nate was a fantastic guide and showed great knowledge and respect for what he showed us.The boat trip on the river was well run by really good people who were keen to pass on their knowledge. A real highlight was being able to set foot on Arnhem land for a short while at a look out.Thoroughly recommend if you’re looking for a day trip from Darwin.

Our travel agent made some errors in our booking, which Offroad Dreaming helped to sort very quickly. We did a day trip to Kakadu and loved it. Guide Mike gave very good info about the sights we saw, and answered questions very patiently.

We did a day tour to Litchfield National Park in the Northern Territory with our excellent guide Yvonne. She was knowledgeable and great fun and shared her local knowledge and life experience. Great swimming in freshwater swimming holes surrounded by wonderful fauna and insects including iridescent dragonflies, , good walks to waterfalls, visits to termite mounds and a fascinating crocodile cruise. Very well explained itinerary at the beginning as well as good descriptions, explanations of history and lifestyles of people in the Top End. Fabulous day although im a bit concerned about ongoing crocodile tours on flat-bottomed boat with only one crocodile expert (guide) and 20 passengers alongside aggressive crocodiles.

An amazing day trip with wonderful swimming stops. We learnt lots about the local wildlife from our friendly guide and the croc tour was incredible!
