We found Luke to be very professional, he was clear in understanding what we were after and had Jenny draw up the design of our rugs and managed to capture exactly what we were looking for if not better. Recently purchased a beautiful rug from Jenny Jones Rugs in Richmond. Thanks to Luke and others for their fantastic service, they even bought three rugs to my home and left them for a few days so I had time to make my decision. You can also drive in off Church St and park right in front of the store.It's a big investment and I'm so happy I had time to think my decision through. I'd highly recommend Jenny Jones if you are thinking about a fantastic rug.

Staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. Showroom has a wide range, with a wide variety of rugs to choose from in a nicely laid out setting that allows you to appreciate what you're looking at without feeling cramped. Would highly recommend if you're on the look out for a quality rug.

My Jenny jones rug was a special size order for a apartment hallway. It took 7 months but it was worth the wait! Fabulous! Looks great! Feels yummy! Completes the room! I’d like more!
