I bought 2 pieces of floor strips for replacement, but it turned out the colour is quite different from existing ones. I returned the strips and got refund without any hassle. The boss was so nice. Happy customers grow the business. I wish Hills Flooring a great success.

This shop quoted $100m2 to my friend and $110 to me for the same price on the same day. There no price listed on the floor so be very careful. Also the owner is extremely rude.

Organised our laminate timber flooring with Simon last month and he promised great results. Today was installation and they did an amazing job and even cleaned up afterwards. We were shopping around for new flooring for our house and visited literally all the popular stores such as Choices flooring, carpet court etc and somehow we managed to find Hills Flooring through google search which was a 45mins drive from where we were. The decision to go with Hills Flooring was the best as the customer service, attention and the pricing provided by Martin could not have been beaten by any other stores. Martin explained to us in detail about all the products he had in his store and helped us decide on the product which was best suited to our needs. The product we purchased from him was the Quick Step Ultra Impressive 12mm which is really a top quality product. Martin patiently answered my several queries through emails/phone calls and also upon our request he managed to arrange the installation of the flooring at a date which was convenient to us. His installation team Mark and his peer are top notch installers and they installed 107m2 of flooring in one day with speed and without compromising on the quality of the installation.Thanks a lot Martin and the team. I couldn't be happier with Hills Flooring. We bought Grey Ironbark engineered timber flooring for our house (living and lounge room, kitchen, study and main hallway, around 135 square metres). We had just about given up on finding Grey Ironbark (we'd been to a few places and nobody could source engineered Grey Ironbark at the board width we were after and were almost ready to compromise and get Spotted Gum. However, Hills Flooring were able to source just enough for our floors.Their pricing was competitive and they were positive and courteous throughout. They communicated well with our builder and Martin came out to our house numerous times to talk through what we needed.The finished product is awesome and they were also happy to fix up one or two minor issues - in fact Martin even had his installers fix something I hadn't noticed (and might never have).I'd definitely recommend Hills Flooring.

We were looking to change the flooring and give our home a new look and went enquiring few flooring shops. We talked to Martin and explained our requirements. He answered all our queries and same evening came home for measure and quote. He even allowed us to take couple of sample board home so we could place them on our floors and see under natural as well home lighting. It is important because a store lighting is quite different to residential lighting and the board we liked in store was not what we eventually picked for our place.Martin's quote was within our budget and he did not try to oversell. He also promised to take care of fine finishing of installation. His installation team of Mark & team are professionals who start bright & early(6.30am! a bit too early on a cold winter morning) and were finished at our place by evening. The finishing was excellent with corners, edges and door frames finished precisely to the edges.Martin even stopped by twice on the day when his team were installing - to check how things were in between and once after it was finished.We were impressed with entire process and would highly recommend Hills Flooring.

I had very good experience in getting my laminate flooring done in my house by Hills flooring recently. They are reasonable in their pricing and are willing to serve you on your budget rather than pushing you to spend more like few others. Simon was patient yet quick in identifying exactly what kind of flooring i was looking for. Martin is very good in explaining where the cost goes and how to achieve what you need in the best price. Special mention to their trades team led by Mark. They know their job so well that they removed my existing carpet and installed flooring in less than a day including 20 stairs. They also have good attention to detail and discussed with me regarding which direction to lay the planks and very neatly removed and reinstalled all the existing skirting boards. The engineered timber I bought was fine but the installation was terrible. No leveling done despite it being necessary for some parts of the house now it feels like I'm walking in a trampoline. After I complained to the installers they said floors need time to settle even though there were clear problems and parts of the floor are you to 2cm difference in level within a 1.5m span. They tried to correct parts of the uneven flooring with a few pieces of cardboard they found lying around. Do yourself a favour and shop elsewhere as I tried to call the salesman (Martin) multiple times after the products was installed to complain about the problem and he never replied.

These guys are just amazing. Got my full house flooring done almost three years ago. Won't hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a flooring solution.
