Have to say trying to contact them by phone appalling, then tried to find out when they were open , told had to have an appointment, so I then said i would have to see when my wife was available from work, rang them back 5 mins later no reply, left a message on their answer service with a time, rang back two hours later to make sure the had received the message, no they hadn't checked the messages, gave the time we could make it after my wife had managed to get time off work, the told Oh I will have to check if thats convenient!!!!!! Told the lady we will go somewhere else! Absolutely appalling service before we even got there!!!!

The owner has lots of knowledge in terms of which door will be the best for our home. It saves me so much time to decide which one I should choose. The quality unlike some other companies, the finish on the doors is great, super smooth. I am in love with my doors.

I do not recommend this company, we ordered a door and we ordered the wrong size which was our fault however when we went to alter the door size to correctly fit our opening, we were extremely disappointed with what we found. We hired a professional wrought iron expert to sand blasted it back to its true metal, what we discovered was cheap recycled low grade steel, unprofessional work welding which looks like it was done by a amateur. This is a cheap import with big price tag! Had so much body filler to cover the low grade imperfections and poorly painted . My advice is do your homework people!

saw the low ratings and thought to give some perspective. Our door was custom-made and we have had no direct problems with our door. They installed it and repainted areas as needed (as the frame is not same material as what they took out). We've had it for 2 years in our new hours and no rusting, and service was fine. Its not 5stars because you're not getting a bargain.

I feel really happy and comfortable of the customer service I received from the Wrought Iron Shop at Moorebank. They do not in rush of anything, they give your time to consider the options and provide information to help with your design choices.The door price is very reasonable when I compared with the other business, but the way Chris and staff explained all the features so that I could understand, was more than worth it. The quality 100% match with the price. Fantastic company to purchase my door from A+.
