I have experienced nothing but terrible customer service since handing over the money for my car. No one ever calls or emails back and I was constantly left chasing them up. Took over 3 months to resolve an issue. Service department is also disorganised which resulted in me being the one who was inconvenienced yet again.Don’t bother responding as I am not interested and will not be coming back.

I would firstly like to thank the staff at Nundah Mitsubishi for their help during my purchase process of my new Triton GLS. During the current transport delays, and my personal situation they were more than happy to help me out as much as possible, which made the whole process as less stressful as possible. I've had my new car for just over a week now and I'm loving it more and more each day, and its also reassuring to know they are only a phone call away should I need any help and support. Fantastic service!Best place for Car service. I had my regular 60,000 kms service done for my ASX yesterday and absolutely pleased to see the quality of their work. Thanks to the mechanic who had a look into my car and did exactly as I requested to check for couple of things. Customer service ladies are very welcoming, polite and helpful.

Don’t go anywhere else if you are after a Mitsubishi. We just purchased our third work vehicle from Nundah Mitsubishi. Each time we have always received excellent service from the the time we have walked in the door, organising finance right through to picking up the vehicle. Very timely delivery of the vehicle and beautifully prepared for sale. This time around thank you very much to Keith in Sales, Nick in Finance and Vanessa in Business Management.It has always been a pleasure dealing with the team. Even when we bought a vehicle in the middle of Covid and delays were experienced worldwide and businesses were having to deal with staff being off for long periods of time, the team at Nundah Mitsubishi maintained great customer service, client communication and delivery of our vehicle.Their servicing department also provide great customer service as well.

Extremely poor customer service, when your the only customer in the showroom, have been there for over 30min, have made eye contact with multiple sales people but no one approached. Fortunately Aspley Mitsubishi had very helpful staff.

The team at Nundah Mitsubishi were great to deal with! Connor and Joel in particular were really helpful throughout the process of helping us purchase our vehicle. From taking extra time talking us through our options, through to making sure we knew what to expect when we picked up the keys…and car.
