Walked in, started using the self serve board but they weren’t working. nobody at the counter. didn’t see anyone in the shop for 10 minutes. had to download the kfc app to order. there was 2 customers in the shop but it took 15 minutes for them to tell me they didn’t have wings. After all the hassle, the food was horrendous and the tables were dirty

got two large boxed meals got 1 lrge chips for two and food was cold. this isnt my first time hence the report

This is not first time having problem with quality of service , many times something missing from order . Today I have 2 Zinger burgers and have no salad , I did call and they said I’m wrong . Lies

They put 4 pieces in my 3 piece box so that's a 10 in my books

If I could give a 0 I would!!The restaurant is messy! The service is disgusting!!My husband went in to order, part of the order was not given, when my husband advised the staff they threw the item at the bag!!This is disgusting behaviour & I hope management will look into this asap!!

I have been a regular customer at KFC ever since they first launched their service, and while there have been some highs, there have also been some disappointing lows. Orders were accurate, and the staff seemed attentive and efficient. However, in recent visits, I have noticed a decline in the quality of service. On three separate occasions, my orders were missing items, despite being clearly mentioned during the ordering process. It was disappointing to find out that the attention to detail had slipped, as these oversights led to inconvenience and frustration.While I understand that mistakes can happen, it is crucial for a renowned brand like KFC to consistently deliver a high standard of service. The drive-thru experience should prioritize accuracy and customer satisfaction, as it plays a significant role in customer convenience.That being said, it is important to acknowledge that KFC still excels in other areas. The taste and quality of their food have remained consistently good, and their menu offers a wide range of options to suit various preferences. Additionally, the staff members, despite the occasional oversight, are generally friendly and accommodating.To improve the overall experience, KFC needs to address the recurring issues with their drive-thru service. Reinforcing training programs for order accuracy and attention to detail could significantly enhance customer satisfaction. How do you run out of chicken and have to wait 15 mins at 6:15 on a Wednesday. Manager needs to take a good look at where they are heading if you can’t remember to put chicken on at a chicken shop.

Ordered and pick up at drive thru paid via card at the first window...at the pick up window was told the payment did not go thru cannot release or find our order have to pay again was advice the first payment will reverse itself after three to five working days. Upon checking my credit card statement i have been charged twice for my order. I wont be accepting store credit in this situation this is highly unacceptable giving store credit for there mistake or whatever they call it

Great food, we love a good zinger (Zing on fellas!) but GOSH DAMN clean your McFrickin tables! Can’t sit anywhere without getting the 11 herbs and spices in my crack.
