I had to give a 5 star ratings, solely to appreciate a staff member from Total Tools: Derrick. This was my first lawn mower, trimmer purchase and he was extremely patient in explaining every detail about the products. Thanks to his patience and experience, I bought the products from that store.The rest of the staff were also friendly, helpful and warm, helping me load up stuff on to my car, etc. Very Impressed, overall with the store!My next big purchase would definitely be from the same store.

I could not be happier with the staff from Total Tools, Gregory Hills. I had an issue with a product that did not work as described and they could not have done enough to ensure that I was a happy customer. I will be back to purchase from them as I can rest assured that if I were to have any issues with a product, then it would be handled professionally. I did have a look around the store which was clean and had a large variety of tools at extremely competitive pricing. Thank you once again Total Tools Gregory Hills, 10/10 for service.

Convenience location with a big car park and newly constructed building. I have purchased a couple of tools from this store. This total tools store is roomier the most other total tools stores and stocks a massive range of known brands. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
