Had an underground water leak on the property. Dean accepted my call around 3pm and talked me through the process then, due to the urgency, Dean shifted his plans to meet me at 7am the next morning as a priority. Following this, Dean organised the entire resolution of the issue, including detecting the leak, excavation, rectification of the leak and providing a written report for council.From first contact Dean was professional, friendly, courteous and responsive. Dean kept me informed as he progressed through the job and provided options for consideration and relevant advice.
