A little countryside surprise. You can drive here, good parkin and an easy walk in.This time of year old shoes or gumboots a must.Lots of history written here in English and Chinese taking you a step back in time.Been lots of rain and muddy. Can also ride your bike from Bright and keep going to the lovely 5 acres cafe for yum food.

Great to see part of the history of the region.A drawing of what it was probably like in the day would be helpful . Bit hard to visulize but its a lovely, peaceful walk back in time

So interesting I never knew it existed. Had lunch by the river. There is wood barbecues there also. Beautiful river. Then a 250 metre walk down to the bridge. You can go over it to another barbecue area and walk on to the back of the town. Apparently the pub in town is amazing and when we drove past there was about 40 or 50 cars out the front. That says it all. It's about 10 minutes out of Bright in North east Victoria. The little town is Wandiligong. It's just beautiful. Little rivers flowing all over. A beautiful apple orchard with shop just out of Wandiligong. Beautiful fruit and lovely gift shop.

A relaxing short walk from the carpark. A pretty creek goes under the bridge. The wooden bridge is in great condition and wonderful to read its history.

In the middle of nowhere at Wandiligong 5km from Bright. A meandering stream flows under this very quaint bridge built in 2003 to commemorate the contribution of the Chinese.

Pretty crossing of Morses Creek. Acknowledging contribution of Chinese to finding gold along this creek in the 1850s.

Short walk to this beautiful hanging bridge from the main road and beautifully narrates the Chinese involvement during the Gold rush era.The gravel road , which can be a bit muddy, takes you to a parking space 100 metres near to the bridge.

Difficult to find easily but definitely worth a look and read the history of the Chinese Diggings in the area during the Gold Rush. There's also interesting memorial on the former site of the Chinese Joss House
