My Samsung Note 10 had battery issues causing the phone to randomly shut off as the battery swelled. I took it in and the staff there were exceptionally helpful. They ordered me a replacement and swapped out the old one. I would happily recommend anyone having phone issues to Repoguys. They were very helpful and quite friendly. Pricing is also quite reasonable.

Those guys are life savers! I visit the shop whenever I have problem with my laptop or mobile phone. They fix on the spot when I look around. They wont let you go till all the problems solved, no extra cost. Thanks guys

Wow. So impressed with these guys. Replaced my DC adaptor and power supply myself, my laptop still didn’t work. Took it to these guys and they found a short on the motherboard and repaired it at minimal cost.Amazing service, Quick turnaround, Incredible knowledgeWorth every cent to have my laptop back in action.Thanks so much to the team at Repoguys, cannot give better score!

I would give a 0 if I could. The workers have no respect for customer, my husband bought a product 7 days ago and it stopped working so we went back to see what can be done and the man was so rude told us we didn't buy it from them that he has never seen it. The other man was there when we purchased. The man started telling us how we are lying and I told him you cant say that so he started yelling at me with no respect. No respect for the customers and women. I have never come across a more disrespectful man in my life.I will make sure everyone knows what kind of people work at this place.They don't give out receipts and ask if you can pay by cash and then when u have an issue they say you didn't buy it from them.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff that know what they’re doing. They're super helpful in diagnosing and fixing my pc!! I highly recommend this place for all your computer needs.

Hey guys just wanted to know if you realize that when you press on website it tells you no website found, do you have a website, also do you sell micro sd cards say 8gb or 16gb if so how much, thanks, Ian.

We took our laptop in for cracked screen repair, brought it back home and noticed the screen was very blotchy and flickering, took it back a couple of weeks later to get it checked up and the manager was unable to locate or retrieve the repairs in he’s system saying that they’re very busy and couldn’t help me! Very rude, he lied and said he’ll try he’s best to help but when I confronted him over the phone he said to report the problem to dept of fair trading, great idea because I’m in the process as my repairs for the screen replacement has been only 1 month The quality of the screen is very poor we can’t even use it.I’ve got a 3 month warranty for the repairs he refused to acknowledge.I’ve lost my receipt and he refuses to find it in he’s system.

Amazing Customer service, if you need your laptop cleaned, repaired, or checked out these guys got it. My laptop had very bad cooling system so I took it in here for them to clean up and thermal paste replacement, came back the next day and the laptop is working very smooth.Would definitely come back if I got any more problems
