Service has gotten absolutely terrible, new shop started off well but now is terrible, twice put a phone in to get simple fix and both times have forgotten to order parts, i left phone with them while i flew to work for a month and they still stuffed it up, checked up on progress 3 days before flying back home and got oh we forgot to order parts

Absolutely horrific. Very rude man, was extremely demeaning to his staff in front of us (the customer). Had really no idea about what had happened to our phones they were going to purchase for parts. They had the phones for 6 months and several attempts to follow up were unsuccessful. He gave me back phones with no screws and one actually apart and tried to tell me they hadn’t been used for parts. Atrocious. Never go here.

The place is scamming people out of hard earned money.my partner bought a phone from bizup broken hill it lasted 3 months then stopped working through no fault of her own.after waiting 3 weeks to find out what's wrong with it and having to chase up ourselves they told us it was a internal fault and wanted $300 to fix it. What a scam no proof of the broken part just their word so be very cautious if buying anything from bizup and if you want to save yourself dramas buy your products elsewhere.
