Great service, everything I needed was available.

Ordered an item online, there was 2 left in Australia at the suppliers (checked prior to ordering). Heard nothing in a week so emailed them...no response. I emailed them again a week later and called. They said they would look into it and let me know. Again no follow up or response to emails. Emailed again a week later and another phone call...again no follow up or responded to the emails. Rang again to find out what has happened. They advised they checked with the supplier and out of stock next shipment was the 21/12/22. I canceled the order and received my refund. At least they answered the phone and could speak to someone and received the refund quickly. We all understand there are issues with managing online stores with staff shortages, external suppliers, freight logistic hold ups etc... but communication and follow up is the #1 thing to get right.

Ordered three weeks ago… paid for express shipping however the order has not even been fulfilled.Have contacted via chat multiple times. And email with no responseDoubt I will ever get what I ordered.Hopeless

This is a bloody disgrace, do not order anything from boating Central.I placed a priority order, which states 1-4 business daysAfter a few calls and e mails trying to get a tracking number.I finally get a number and i will not get it untill Dec 29th which is more than 3 weeks.You should be ashamed of yourself Andrew.

Can’t recommend boating central enough I had a large order with many parts bought online and they completed the order and delivery was quick. Both Andrew and Scott were super helpful and communicated with myself whilst we waited for the remaining parts to come from there third-party suppliers. Greatly appreciated.....

My review for their online webshop:Edit: The owner called me and apologized for not getting back to me in time. They could not get a hold of their supplier. I got a full refund.I put in an order on 29/07/2020. Today it is 07/08/2020 and I still did not receive any updates on shipping whatsoever. I already called twice and they promised me on both occassions they would get back to me the same day, which did not happen.

Not worth even 1 star. Waited nearly seven weeks for my order. Got lots of excuses .They never answer phone calls. Ordered same products from Boating and Rv and received them in 3 days. Avoid boating central like the plague

**WARNING** Do not buy from this company! Worst, absolute worst experience buying from these clowns. I bought a product online from them.. took a long time to receive and when I got it, it wasn't what I ordered. They didn't want to take it back and tried to tell me it was my fault that I bought the wrong item. I sent it back it took them over a month to pay me the refund only because I had to chase them up and threaten them with the accc. The ignored my phone calls, hung up on me and tried to avoid me.To all the other online buyers- DO NOT USE TH IS COMPPANY. Thus company should be shut down the way they treat their customers.Not worth a star rating.

I would NEVER deal with this company again, I will be contacting Dept Fair Trading. I purchased item only to receive a refund with NO explanation. I check website to see that the item price had been increased by $50. I requested explanation, and was told item was out of stock....hmm, It did not show item out of stock, only the increased price, and would allow me to purchase at the increased price (which I didn't proceed with), Why would you change the pricing, but not mark it out of stock? It would seem they didn't want to sell for the lower price, so gave refund, claiming 'out of stock'

Order a gift online only to have it credited 6 weeks as the advertised price was wrong. Wouldn’t recommend
