Ok well I got Marc to put a split system in at home #1 because I’d heard a great story about a quote coming under and he only charged what it actually cost, I couldn’t be happier with the workmanship, the price and the A/C is absolutely fantasticNow because of that my mother asked Marc for a quote, he comes has a look and says you don’t need one that big. I’ll quote u on an 8kw, mum accepts the quote and Marc rings me this morning says the boys can come at 8.30 if that works. They come do another outstanding and professional job thereSo I ring Marc and say mum has the money for u if you want to drop around and get it and thank him again for doing it so quick for herHe laughs and goes. Yeah I ended up putting a 9 in because I didn’t have any 8s in stock and didn’t want to make her waitHE STILL ONLY CHARGED HER THE PRICE OF THE 8I felt bad and offered to pay the differenceHe was like don’t stress it was my choiceThis is a family run business and from what I’ve been told his Dad was exactly the sameSo if you are looking for an A/C I would highly recommend you get these guysCheersTroy
