My experience with snaffle has been great, after ordering snaffle were unable to provide what I originally wanted so they contacted me and offered an upgrade for no extra cost, very happy with the service and will be more than happy to continue using snaffle

I was worried after seeing other reviews, but I honestly didn’t have any issues with snaffle, I got quick responses via customer support. I applied and was approved within minutes and my new iPhone 14 arrived within two weeks. Overall very happy customer.

Extremely disappointed in the service this time. I finally got a text message yesterday that my order was dispatched and I received it 1 day later(today),4 months after i paid the 1st instalment. You changed my order 3 times and it came in another colour that I didn't want (black) as soon as I asked for a refund, the product arrives 2 days later. I want to return the galaxy pro ear buds as they are not the colour I wanted and they are not the colour on the back of the invoice. I couldn't get violet so I agreed to silver(grey), not what I got, I ordered a phone and was convinced to get the ear buds, my phone arrived 2 months later what's the point of paying for 1/2 of the purchase when you don't have to use together.posting it back for a refund

Ordered a PlayStation 5 they say on their website it takes 14 to 21 business days to receive your order which is a complete lie don't trust this company 5 weeks later cancelled my order

It's an 'OK' site but as soon as your application is approved it's a bunch of games before the products are dispatched I'm still waiting for my laptop I ordered almost 6 weeks ago.

$7500 over 36 months for a computer I can pick up for $1900... No thanks!

Application process was good but the wait time and lack of communication with customers needs to be addressed, if there is a delay customers need to be kept up to date regularly not when they ring up
